To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours, we request everyone to follow the house rules below:

### Music & Speakers

* External speakers are *not permitted* inside the property.
* All apartments are equipped with *55"–65" Smart TVs* with excellent built-in speakers, which are sufficient for music and entertainment.
* If guests require additional speakers, they may request them from the host/caretaker. Subject to approval and availability, we can provide our own speakers.

### Security Deposit

* For *offline bookings* or any booking involving a gathering of *more than 6 guests, a **refundable security deposit of ₹5,000* is mandatory.
* The deposit will be refunded after checkout following a property inspection.
* Any damages, stains, burns, missing items, or excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

### ID Verification

* *Government-approved photo ID* is mandatory for *every guest* at the time of check-in.

### Quiet Hours

* Quiet hours are from *11:00 PM to 7:00 AM*.

### Terrace & Music Policy (2BHK with Private Terrace)

* Music on the *open terrace is permitted only until 10:00 PM*.
* After 10:00 PM, guests may continue their gathering *inside the apartment* with the terrace doors closed.
* Indoor music is permitted throughout the night at a *reasonable volume*.

### Other Apartments

* Guests may enjoy music inside the apartment throughout their stay, provided the volume remains moderate and does not disturb neighbouring residents.

### Alcohol & Smoking

* Alcohol and smoking are permitted.
* Guests are requested to drink responsibly.
* Please use the ashtrays provided and avoid burning or damaging any furniture, flooring, upholstery or furnishings.

### Kitchen Facilities

Every property includes a fully equipped kitchen with:

* Refrigerator
* Gas stove
* Microwave
* Mixer grinder
* Cookware
* Crockery, cutlery and dining essentials

Guests are welcome to cook during their stay.

### Cook on Request

A private cook can be arranged upon request at an *additional charge*.

### Housekeeping

Complimentary housekeeping is included throughout the stay.
If guests require cleaning multiple times a day, our caretakers will be happy to assist *at no additional cost*, subject to reasonable operational availability.
